Come to the Edwardsville YMCA Niebur Center to celebrate a birthday or get a group together for some fun in the pool and the party room! Pool Party rentals are available from January 13th through March 24th while spots are available.

Birthday Party Includes:

• Two hours usage of facility: 1st hour in party room. 2nd hour in Pool 1 OR Pool 2. Pool selection must be given one week prior to the party rental.
• Party room: tables/chairs/microwave provided. Bring your own food/cake/decorations to share with your friends/family on this special occasion.

All children must be 8 and older to swim in the pool. A $75 deposit is required at the time of registering. Final payment is due three days following the party rental.

Party Times:

• Saturday: 2:00pm-4:15pm  (2:00-3:10- party room/3:15-4:15pm in pool)
• Sunday: 12:15pm-2:30pm (12:15-1:25-party room/1:30-2:30pm in pool)

The fun never stops in the skate center! How can you resist skating to your favorite tunes and playing different skating games?  All our birthday skating parties happen on Saturdays and Sundays between 1 pm and 5 pm.  Each party is two hours long and includes a separate area for your party.  Our time slots are 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.  Our concession houses all of our hot food, drinks, and snacks!  Your first two pitchers of soda are included in your party, everything after that is added on.  The pricing for a skating party is listed below.  All parties allow for a maximum of thirty skaters.  If you have any further questions, please contact our Director of Sports and Recreation Cam at [email protected]

PRICING:

• Each party requires a deposit of $50 at the time of booking to lock in the date and time of your party!  This deposit goes towards the total price of the party based on your number of skaters.
• On the day of your party, you will pay an additional fee per skater, whether they bring their own skates or not.
• Members of the Edwardsville YMCA pay $10/skater, while nonmembers pay $15/skater.

FAQs

-Am I able to bring in any food or drinks of my own? 

Absolutely!  Many parties bring pizza or something of that nature to have for their special day!

-Does my deposit go toward my total price?

-Yes.  Your $50 deposit goes towards the total number you paid on the day of the party.  Our staff will alert you to the total price on the day of and help you pay that!

-What if I have more than 30 skaters?

-If you have more than 30 skaters, you will want to look at doing a private party on a different day of the week.  Please contact Cam at the above email to talk further about private parties.
