This is an instructional league with an emphasis on fundamentals and equal playing time.  Games will be played on Saturday mornings as well as one night of the week.  Each team will have one practice per week as court availability allows. Please call the YMCA if you have any questions!

This is a competitive league geared towards middle school aged players that have prior volleyball experience.  Game play and rules will be different from the recreational division and will provide a more competitive experience for the players and prepare them for high school.  Games will be played on Saturday mornings.  Practice times will be offered as space and scheduling allows.  Teams will be made with specific coach requests for this league.
