Bob Biarkis (PPR Certified) has an extensive history with the game, and years of experience both playing and instructing.  As an instructor, Bob loves to help both new and experienced players grow their skills on the court.

For our beginner players, this series focuses on learning the game through basic court movement, developing skills, and furthering the understanding of the game.  All lessons will be group lessons of 3-4 at the Meyer Center.  Unlike our intermediate/advanced lessons, these groups will meet for three weeks to ensure proper development!  Please fill out registration below, and your information will be shared with Bob to square away a date and time for your lesson!  If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Director of Sports and Recreation Nick Walker at [email protected].

Steve Horrell (PPR Certified) has taught and coached in public and private schools for years. For the past five years, he has been a member of the One More Game Pickleball Club, playing recreationally, in tournaments, and leagues, as well as teaching Skills & Drills to beginners and intermediate players. He teaches the fundamentals and reinforces them with drills and small games. By doing so, he hopes to help players reach their potential and, above all, have fun doing it.

Winter 2026 Adult Pickleball League!!!

We’re excited to kick off another great season of Pickleball! This league will feature both a Beginner/Intermediate and an Advanced division—please select the appropriate division when registering. Also, please include your partner’s name, team name, and preferred division. Both players must complete registration separately. This league will be hosted on our IMLeagues platform, which will provide schedules, standings, and team pages throughout the season.

League Details:

• Mondays, 5pm–9pm (may end earlier depending on # of teams) starting January 26th

• No games: February 16th or April 6th

• 10-week season, 2 matches each night

• Final week: Single-Elimination Tournament (Advanced Champions receive Champion Shirts)

• $50 per individual ($100 per team)

*New This Season*:
After Week 5, the Beginner/Intermediate division will split into separate Beginner and Intermediate groups based on each team’s 10-game record. The second-half schedule will be released immediately following Week 5.
