Are you a School PTA, Church, or Scout Troop searching for an exciting and affordable place to host a skate night or private event? Look no further! Our skate center is the ideal spot where the fun never stops! Imagine skating to your favorite tunes, playing thrilling skating games, and making unforgettable memories.

Price: $100 Rental Fee and $3/skater (rental fee does not go towards total price)

This exclusive package includes full access to our entire skate facility for two hours, with skate rental and admission for up to 100 skaters (200 max). Need more time? Extend your event for just $125 per extra hour. There is a 50 Skater Minimum!!!

Our private rentals are available on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 PM to 8 PM (Time can be discussed).

Rock N Rolls are back at the Edwardsville YMCA!

Is a special someone’s birthday coming up and you need something fun to do? Our Rock N Roll parties include an hour of climbing, an hour of skating, a party area at both locations, a birthday shoutout on the loud mic in the Skate Center, and the Happy Birthday song played for your group.

Details:

• These 2-hour parties are only available on Saturdays. Time slots are 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm.
• All parties climb during the first hour and skate during the second. Our climb staff will belay and entertain the climbers before taking them to the Skate Center, where the skate staff will guide them through their skating time.
• Each Rock N Roll party allows for up to 30 kids. If you expect more than 30, please contact Nick to discuss a private party option.

Pricing:

• Each party requires a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward the total cost of the party. On the day of your party, you will pay an additional fee per child: $15/kiddo for  members and $25/kiddo for non-members. This fee applies whether they bring their own skates or not.

-Am I able to bring in any food or drinks of my own? 

Concessions is no longer available, so you are be able to bring whatever food and drink you like (non-alcoholic).

-Where will our party be able to eat and drink?

We ask that you wait until your skate time to enjoy food in your party area, but you’ll have space to eat in either location!

-Does my deposit go toward my total price?

-Yes. Your $100 deposit goes towards the total number you paid on the day of the party.  Our staff will alert you to the total price on the day of and help you pay that!

-What if I have more than 30 skaters/climbers?

-If you have more than 30 skaters/climbers, you will want to look at doing a private party on a different day of the week.  Please contact Nick at the above email to talk further about private parties.

Skating Birthday Parties

The fun never stops in the skate center! How can you resist skating to your favorite tunes and playing different skating games?  All our birthday skating parties happen on Saturdays and Sundays between 1 pm and 5 pm during our open skate time.  Each party is two hours long and includes a separate area for your party.  Our time slots are 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.  All parties allow for a maximum of thirty skaters. PRICING:

• Each party requires a deposit of $50 at the time of booking to lock in the date and time of your party!  This deposit goes towards the total price of the party based on your number of skaters.
• On the day of your party, you will pay an additional fee per skater, whether they bring their own skates or not.
• Members of the Edwardsville YMCA pay $10/skater, while nonmembers pay $20/skater.
