Details:

$600 Skate Center Rental Fee:  Includes the first two hours of your event.  Every hour after that you will be charged a fee of $125/hour.  You will not be able to set up anything before the building closes the night of the event.  Set-up hours will be charged a fee of $50/hour. $50 Concession Fee:  This is an optional fee to have the concession stand open for your event (2 hours max).  You may opt not to have this and bring food and drink of your choice (non-alcoholic). Gymnasium Rental:  Each court of the gymnasium is charged a fee of $50/hour ($150/hr for the full gym). Rock Wall Rental: The rock wall requires a fee of $60/hour and includes two staff members (2 hours max).

For an additional $50.00, you can have our concessions open during your event, ensuring that everyone stays energized and refreshed! Should your guest list exceed 100 skaters, there will be a $5/skater fee for each additional participant (200 max). Need more time? Extend your event for just $125 per extra hour. There is a 30 Skater Minimum!!!

Our private rentals are available on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 PM to 8 PM (Time can be discussed).

The fun never stops in the skate center! How can you resist skating to your favorite tunes and playing different skating games?  All our birthday skating parties happen on Saturdays and Sundays between 1 pm and 5 pm during our open skate time.  Each party is two hours long and includes a separate area for your party.  Our time slots are 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm.  The pricing for a skating party is listed below.  All parties allow for a maximum of thirty skaters. Starting August 31st, our concessions are will be closed to birthday parties and you are able to bring in any hot food and drinks (non-alcoholic) that you may like. PRICING:

• Each party requires a deposit of $50 at the time of booking to lock in the date and time of your party!  This deposit goes towards the total price of the party based on your number of skaters.
• On the day of your party, you will pay an additional fee per skater, whether they bring their own skates or not.
• Members of the Edwardsville YMCA pay $10/skater, while nonmembers pay $20/skater.

FAQs

-Am I able to bring in any food or drinks of my own? 

Starting August 31, 2024, concessions will no longer be available and you will be able to bring whatever food and drink you may like (non-alcoholic)!!!

-Does my deposit go toward my total price?

-Yes.  Your $50 deposit goes towards the total number you paid on the day of the party.  Our staff will alert you to the total price on the day of and help you pay that!

-What if I have more than 30 skaters?

-If you have more than 30 skaters, you will want to look at doing a private party on a different day of the week.  Please contact Nick at the above email to talk further about private parties.
