1000 Mile Run Club

Can you run or walk 1000 miles in a year? We know you can! Become a part of the 1000 Mile Run Club when you cross the finish line. You can take all year or challenge yourself to get even more miles in! You will log your miles and once you get to 1000 miles you will get a 1000 Mile T-Shirt. Additionally, when you complete the the distance, you can get your $ back in the form of a credit or you can donate it to the annual campaign! Start running!

These classes use personalized instruction to teach members weight-bearing and muscle strengthening exercises using free weights and machines for a full-body workout. We can accommodate every fitness level, regardless of experience, health concerns or physical limitations. It will give you a total body workout and improve your confidence using the Fitness Center.
