This Beginner/Novice class is offered for athletes aged 8 and up who have little or no experience in tumbling. This combo class allows students to work towards mastering skills such as roundoffs, bridge kick-overs, and cartwheels on the floor. On a trampoline, athletes will learn backhand-springs, front drops, and back drops. Perfect class for the older kiddos who want to try out Tumbling Classes.

Ratio: 8 Students: 1 Coach; 50-minute class period

FALL 1 is a 7 Week Session, Aug 24- Oct 11.

This is an entry-level class for athletes who have little or no experience in tumbling.  In this class, students will receive instruction on safety rolls, a variety of forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges on a variety of floors. While on the trampolines, athletes will learn trampoline safety, rolls, set jumps forward and backward, and individual jump combos.

No classes on Labor Day.

This class will be in combination with our Advanced tumbling class. Registrants must test out of our Novice T & T class before registering for Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling and Trampoline.  Athletes registered in this T&T class will receive instruction on round-off progressions, handstands, back/front walkovers, and back/front handsprings, back/front tucks, series of tumbling and more. On trampolines, athletes will continue to combine previous skills while also learning to flip forward and backward into the pit,  and on the Super Bed.

FALL 1 Session is 7 weeks. August 24- October 11.

Join us in our NEW cheer performance program. We are excited for you to learn and perform cheer with us. Cheering builds confidence, teamwork, rhythm, and strength in a fun and positive environment. New cheers, stunts, and materials each semester. This is a semester-long program with Fall being 14 weeks, and Winter Semester is 18 weeks. There will be 2 performances in Fall semester and 3 Performances in Winter semester.  Participants can also order a special Owlette’s cheer performance attire.

Junior Owlettes is for cheerleaders aged 6-7 years; Senior Owlettes is for cheerleaders aged 8-12.

Look for our Just the Floor Tumbling class, for focuses on cheer tumbling only.

Novice Tumble Trampoline is an advanced beginner class for athletes who have tested out of our Beginner Tumble and Trampoline class. Students enrolled in Novice TT will work on advanced cartwheel progressions, round-offs, back walkovers, handstand progressions, and dive rolls on a variety of floor surfaces. During trampoline events students will receive instruction on 3 jump combos, flipping progressions backward and forward, and super bed trampoline.
