Ninja Training & Other Fitness Fun!

Athletes who register for our NINJA Training classes will run, crawl, roll, climb and swing through different sets of obstacle courses each week to practice: coordination, footwork, grip strength, speed, agility, balance, strength, stamina, and mobility. We offer 3 levels of NINJA Training set to the age and development of your your child: Tiny Ninjas (Ages 2-3 upstairs in preschool gym), LIL Ninjas (Ages 3-5 Downstairs Weekday AM and Upstairs PM and Weekends) and NINJA Training (Ages 5 and Up Downstairs in the Big Gym).

 

Lil Ninjas (Ages 3 - 5)

Lil Ninjas (Ages 3-5) will develop gross motor and age-appropriate social skills while progressing through a variety of obstacle courses each week. They should wait in the lobby for a coach to open the doors, signaling they are ready for class to begin.

Fall 1 is 7 week session: Monday October 20 to December 14

Break Week/NO CLASS: November 24-30th.

Athletes ages 5 and up who register for our Ninja Training class will jump, climb, hop, swing, run, roll, leap and hang their way through a variety of different obstacles each week. Students will increase their coordination, grip strength, speed, agility, balance, stamina and mobility using different areas of our Gym under the supervision of our Coaches, and incorporating a games format. Teamwork and sportsmanship will be emphasized.

Fall 1 is 7 week session: Monday October 24 to Sunday December 14

Tiny Ninjas (Ages 2 - 3)

Tiny Ninjas is an instructor-led Semi-Structured Open Gym for Preschoolers ages 2 – 3 who are excited to explore the Upstairs Preschool Gym without a parent present, It is the first independent class. Coaches will lead students through various obstacle courses, encouraging Ninjas to swing, roll, hang, climb, and jump along the way. Coaches will model age-appropriate social skills, engaging students through play during this class, and encourage students to begin following simple class directions.

FALL 2 is a 7 week session with no class during week of November 24-30th.
