Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 1 - 5)
Our Edwardsville YMCA offers numerous Preschool Gymnastics Programs for Children Ages 1 – 5. Our curriculum is structured to offer programs that meet each child at their age and stage of development. Options include Instructor Guided Parent Tot Play Classes (Ages 1 – 3), Explorers (Child Only Structured Open Gym: Ages 2 – 3.5) Bouncing Tots (Ages 3 – 4) and Tumble Tots (Ages 4 – 5), and even some mini-camp options for 4-5 year olds!

Preschool Mini Gymnastics Camp
Is your preschooler out of school for summer or just needing something fun and different to expend their energy? Then, you need to register for one of our Pre-K Gymnastics Camps! Choose from our Ninja Camp, which is obstacle-based, or our Little Stars Camp, which explores traditional artistic & rhythmic gymnastics. Each camp is a 3-day camp for 1 hour. We will provide a craft and have fun with games and more.
Ninja Camp is Downstairs in the big gym: June 3rd, 4th, & 5th, 11:45am-12:45pm
Little Stars Camp is upstairs in the Pre-K Gym: July 15th, 16th, & 17th, 12:15 pm-1:15 pm

Bouncing Tots (Ages 3 - 4)
Bouncing Tots is a 30-minute structured independent class for preschoolers aged 3-4 who are ready for 30 minutes of structured class. Coaches will introduce, demonstrate, and instruct basic gymnastics/tumbling skills while emphasizing age-appropriate social skills such as sharing, taking turns, lining up, and following directions.
Summer is an 8-week session. June 2nd-Aug 2nd.
There are NO Classes June 30-July 6th.

Parent Tot Play (Ages 1 - 3)
Grow together in your child’s first gymnastics and tumbling class! Parent Tot is an instructor-led Structured Open Gym where you and your child explore the gym together under the supervision of one of our coaches. Coaches will demonstrate basic gymnastics/tumbling skills, model age-appropriate social skills, and engage students through play.

Tumble Tots (Ages 4 - 5)
Tumble Tots is a 45-minute Preschool class that is ideal for older preschoolers (ages 4 – 5) who have completed our Bouncing Tots class and are ready for 45 minutes of structured gymnastics/tumbling instruction or the older 4-year-old to early 5-year-old. Coaches will build on the skills and terminology taught in previous classes while continuing to instruct in a fun, creative, and nurturing preschool-style classroom environment.
Summer is an 8-week session. June 2nd-Aug 2nd.
