The Bouncing Tots class is designed for 3-year-old preschoolers who are ready for a structured gymnastics/tumbling class. Coaches will introduce, demonstrate and instruct basic gymnastics/tumbling skills while also emphasising age-appropriate social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and following directions. This class is held in our upstairs preschool room.

Ratio: 5 students:1 coach; 30-minute Class periods

Grow together in your child’s first gymnastics/tumbling class!

Parent Tot Class focuses on parental involvement and encouragement to help your child explore and practice movements that develop locomotor skills, body awareness, and hand-eye coordination. This is an instructor-led, Open Gym. Coaches will lead a group warm-up, demonstrate basic gymnastics/tumbling skills, model age-appropriate social skills, and engage students through play.

Ratio: 10 students: 1 Coach; 30-minute class periods

Tumble Tots is ideal for older preschoolers aged 4-5 and is ready for a 45-minute structured class. Coaches will instruct gymnastics/tumbling basic skills such as forward & backward rolls, beginning cartwheel work, walks and kicks on the beam, hanging upside down on the bars, and running/jumping on the trampoline. Coaches continue to build upon gymnastics/tumbling skills and terminology while continuing to generate a fun, creative, and nurturing environment.

Ratio: 6 students: 1 Coach; 45-minute class periods.
