Get Ready to Giggle, Crawl, Explore, and Roll! Our Baby and Me Open Gyms are always held in the Upstairs Preschool Gym and are an unstaffed playtime for families and their little ones! Families can register their children (Ages 0-2) online during one of the open play times. NO SNACKS should be eaten in the room, please (water bottle ok),  AND NO PERSONS OTHER THAN THE CHILD should be putting their weight on the equipment. Siblings not in the age range should remain outside of the gymnastics room.

Calling gymnasts and tumblers for a fun night of open gymnastics, gymnastics games and fun! Never tried gymnastics before? This is a fun way to try it out! (Longer than our regular open gyms!) Register with a friend for more gymnastics fun!

OPEN GYM TIME FOR TEENS! Ages 12 and up! If you are missing the gym, just want to try it, or getting back into the swing of fitness, come to our TEEN OPEN GYMS with staff to assist and practice those tumbles and more! New to sport, retired from team, or current members welcome! 2 Offerings this summer! Fun to do with a friend or come make some new friends too!

OPEN GYM TIME JUST FOR OUR PROGRESSIVE TUMBLERS AND GYMNASTS!

We will warm up together as a group, and then the open gym begins! Must be or have been enrolled in our progressive programs in 2025-2026 and be 6 years or above. Come practice more of your favorite event or work on the skill you are trying to get! Our coaching staff will be here to assist you!

EACH participant must register to participate. Space is limited, so reserve ahead of time!

Come and play with your friends in our preschool gym! Parents must accompany their children during this unstaffed/unstructured time in the room. Only students ages 0-4 are in the room due to safety and equipment concerns, and no snacks are allowed in the room. May bring in a water bottle. You must register by the night before the session. Each student should be registered to be in the room. Thank you and have fun!
